Each payment unlocks the full reading for one chart. It is digital content, written for you and delivered immediately after payment.

Because the reading is produced and delivered as soon as you pay, the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content does not apply once delivery has begun. By paying, you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge this.

We will refund you in full if the reading was never delivered, if it was delivered for the wrong birth details through a fault of ours, or if you were charged more than once for the same chart.

If something else has gone wrong, write to us at destek@zameris.com and describe it. We would rather resolve it than argue about it.

Email destek@zameris.com within 14 days of the purchase, including the name on the chart and the date of purchase. We reply within a few working days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, and your bank usually takes a further five to ten days to show it.

Disagreeing with what the reading says, or entering birth details incorrectly, is not something we can refund — the work has been done and the text was written for the details given.
